• All orders received on business days before 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
• In the event an item is out of stock or back ordered, we will notify you and ship the item the day we receive it.
• There is a $5 handling charge for all orders.
• Shipping prices are based on UPS shipping charges.

Returns

• Special order products and electronic item are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are sorry for any complications.
• Any new/unused NON electronic or special order product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of 70% the original purchase. A 30% restocking fee is charged on returned products.
• Items that are used, damaged, or worn may not be returned.
